Having worked for the majority or his career at Coors Brewers (previously Bass Brewers) he was responsible for the Marketing of huge brands including Carling, Grolsch and Caffrey's.

Neale has vast experience in leading teams to winning marketing campaigns and has employed his creative energy to bring new exciting brands into the market place and maintained a clear commercial focus in achieving our business objectives.

He has also developed excellent sales teams both in-house and out in the sales field, and implemented great systems that people can use with or without him being there, and created great morale which has allow businesses begin to succeed.
